The society was registered in the Ministry Of Social Affairs in 2006 under no. 1175 under the name " Egyptian Family Medicine Association (EFMA) الجمعيه المصريه لطب الأسره
The place is Family Medicine Department ,Faculty of medicine ,Menufia university . Our activities can be divided into scientific and social activities . It's a member and representative of WONCA in MENA region . it joined the Arabian Board of Family Physician on April 2010.
